A screw immersion heater is a device that heats liquids or gases by direct immersion. Its core is a curved tubular heating element that threads into a threaded hole in the container. Working Principle

1. Heating Element
This element is typically made of a high-temperature-resistant alloy heating wire, which is brazed or welded into a metal sheath to form the heating core.
2. Sheath
This is a seamless steel or stainless steel tube that protects the heating element and insulates the heated medium.
3. Threaded Connection
The heating element is bent into a hairpin shape and welded or brazed to a threaded connection, allowing it to be screwed directly into the threaded hole of the container.
4. Heat Conduction
When energized, the heating element generates heat that is transferred directly to the immersed liquid or gas through the sheath, achieving efficient heating.
